TPGY320YU/TPGY321YU is a high-performance DPDT multiplexer combining low-distortion audio and USB2.0 HS switching paths. This configuration enables audio and USB data to share a common connector port. The architecture allows audio signals to swing below ground, meaning analog audio transmitted through a USB-C connector can be used in personal media players and portable peripherals.
With a maximum high-voltage range of 18V on the VBUS pin, the TPGY320YU/TPGY321YU can be configured for automatic USB communication by connecting VBUS directly to VBUS. The TPGY320YU/TPGY321YU includes overvoltage protection on the D+/R and D−/L pins to protect the internal ports. Typical applications include switching in portable and consumer applications such as mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and portable media players.
The TPGY320YU/TPGY321YU is available in a QFN1418 package. Standard products are lead-free and halogen-free.
