This specification applies to the production and inspection of standard series strip connectors (pin headers). The rated voltage is 125V AC/DC, rated current is 1.5A AC/DC, withstanding voltage is 200V AC/min, maximum contact resistance is 50mΩ, and minimum insulation resistance is 100MΩ. Storage temperature range is -40℃~+85℃, operating temperature range is -25℃~+70℃, ambient temperature range is -25℃~+85℃, applicable wire gauge is AWG#26~#32, and applicable PCB thickness is 1.2~1.6mm. The product surface shall be free from defects, contamination, cracks, and mechanical damage that could be harmful to the product; contacts shall show no corrosion, oxidation, or peeling of plating; products of identical specifications shall be interchangeable. Regarding packaging, plastic parts inner packaging shall be plastic bags; terminal inner packaging shall be tape-on-reel; a certificate of conformity shall be included (or affixed), indicating product name, specifications, quantity, and date of manufacture. Outer packaging shall be cartons with a packing list affixed, indicating product name, specifications, quantity, and shipping date; products shall not rattle inside the carton. Transportation by any means is permitted, but exposure to moisture and mechanical damage must be avoided. During storage, packaged connectors shall be stored in a warehouse with an ambient temperature of -10℃~+40℃, relative humidity ≤80%, and no acidic, alkaline, or other corrosive gases in the surrounding air.
