Introduction
The ISO7420MDR digital isolator delivers outstanding performance and reliability, surpassing optocouplers and other digital isolator technologies. Intelligent voltage division, a next-generation digital isolation technology based on capacitive voltage division, enables precise transmission of voltage signals across the isolation barrier without modulation or demodulation. Each transmission channel is fully independent, supporting multiple channel direction configurations, with isolation voltage ratings from 1.5kV rms to 5.0kV rms and signal transmission from DC to 600Mbps. It supports 3.0V supply voltage and is compatible with 3.0V to 5.5V logic level translation. When the input-side power supply is unpowered or no input signal is present while the output-side supply is active, the isolator output defaults to a defined default logic level.
