CJ74LVC/LVCH1T45 is a single-bit, dual-supply transceiver with 3-state outputs, supporting bidirectional voltage-level translation. The device features two 1-bit I/O ports (A and B), a direction control input (DIR), and dual supply pins VCC(A) and VCC(B). Both VCC(A) and VCC(B) can operate at any voltage between 1.2V and 5.5V, making the device suitable for level translation between any low-voltage nodes (1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5.0V). Pin A and DIR are referenced to VCC(A), while pin B is referenced to VCC(B). When DIR is HIGH, signal transmission from A to B is enabled; when DIR is LOW, signal transmission from B to A is enabled. The device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using IOFF. The IOFF circuitry disables the outputs to prevent any damaging backflow current when the device is powered down. In power-down mode, when VCC(A) or VCC(B) is at GND level, both port A and port B enter a high-impedance off state.
