Introduction
This device provides two inverting buffers with Schmitt-trigger inputs, capable of converting slowly changing input signals into clean, well-defined, bounce-free output signals. The inputs can be driven by 3.3V or 5V devices, allowing this device to be used in mixed 3.3V and 5V environments. The Schmitt-trigger action at the inputs enables the circuit to tolerate slow input rise and fall times.
