Introduction
The TLV703x-Q1/TLV704x-Q1 are low-voltage nanowatt comparators with rail-to-rail inputs. These two comparators are suitable for space-critical and power-sensitive designs, such as infotainment systems, telematics, and audio head unit applications. The TLV703x-Q1 and TLV704x-Q1 combine excellent low power consumption with high speed. Thanks to the fast response at nanowatt power consumption, power-sensitive systems can monitor fault conditions and respond quickly. These two comparators operate over a voltage range of 1.6V to 6.5V, making them compatible with 1.8V, 3V, and 5V systems. The TLV703x-Q1 and TLV704x-Q1 also ensure no output phase reversal with overdrive inputs and internal hysteresis. Therefore, engineers can use this series of comparators for precise voltage monitoring in harsh and noisy environments where slow input signals must be converted into clean digital outputs. The TLV703x-Q1 has a push-pull output stage capable of sinking/sourcing milliamps of current. The TLV704x-Q1 has an open-drain output stage that can be pulled up above VCC.
