This series employs high-frequency chopper technology to achieve excellent magnetic field uniformity and symmetry across the full operating voltage and temperature range. The power supply and output pins integrate overvoltage protection, offering strong EMI immunity and high reliability. Internally, the device integrates a voltage regulator, Hall array, amplifier circuit, hysteresis comparator, and output driver. The Hall signal processing path utilizes high-frequency chopper technology, which not only minimizes the offset voltage of the Hall sensing array and processing circuitry, but also reduces the effects of stress and temperature on offset voltage, while keeping system propagation delay and output jitter as low as possible. The output stage features an open-drain configuration with a sink current capability of up to 20mA. The integrated voltage regulator circuit enables the device to accept a wide supply voltage range of 2.5V to 24V, meeting the demands of industrial and automotive electronics applications. This series is available in multiple compact package options, including TO-92S (UA), SOT23 (SE), and SOT23-3L (SO).
