SDM30N60FA is a highly integrated, high-reliability 3-phase brushless DC motor driver IC, primarily designed for medium- and low-power variable frequency drives such as servo drives, inverters, and air conditioners. It integrates 6 low-loss IGBTs and 3 high-speed half-bridge high-voltage gate driver circuits.

The SDM30N60FA incorporates various internal protection circuits including undervoltage, short-circuit, and temperature output, providing excellent protection and a wide safe operating range. Since each phase has an independent negative DC terminal, the phase currents can be sensed individually.

The SDM30N60FA features a high-isolation, thermally efficient design in an extremely compact package, offering ease of use and making it particularly suitable for applications requiring space-constrained installations.
