SDM15G60FC8 is a highly integrated, high-reliability three-phase BLDC motor driver IC, primarily designed for lower-power variable frequency drives such as air conditioning compressors, industrial servo systems, and low-power inverters. It integrates a 3-phase full-bridge high-voltage gate driver circuit and 6 low-loss IGBTs. The SDM15G60FC8 incorporates multiple internal protection functions including under-voltage and short-circuit protection, offering excellent protection coverage and a wide safe operating range. Since each phase has an independent negative DC terminal, the phase currents can be sensed individually. The SDM15G60FC8 features a high-isolation, thermally efficient design in a very compact package, making it extremely easy to use — particularly well-suited for applications requiring space-constrained installations.
