Beschreibung
The ESD56161D04 is a uni-directional Transient Voltage Suppressor designed to protect power interfaces. It is suitable to replace multiple discrete components in portable electronics. The ESD56161D04 may be used to provide ESD protection up to ±30 kV contact and air discharge according to IEC61000-4-2, and withstand peak pulse current up to 250A according to IEC61000-4-5 (8/20 μs). The ESD56161D04 is available in DFN2×2-3L package. Standard products are Pb-free and Halogen-free.
