This series is a high-precision, low-noise, fast-response LDO linear regulator fabricated using CMOS process technology. Integrating a fixed reference voltage, error correction circuit, current limiting circuit, phase compensation circuit, and low on-resistance MOSFET, it achieves high ripple rejection, low output noise, and fast-response low-dropout performance. Compatible with smaller ceramic capacitors and requiring no 0.1pF bypass capacitor, it saves board space and reduces cost. With high-precision output stability and fast transient response, it handles load current fluctuations effectively, making it especially suitable for handheld devices and RF applications. The output can be disabled via the CE pin on the chip; the typical quiescent current in shutdown mode is only 1μA, significantly reducing power consumption.
