Introduction
COS3501 and COS3502 are single and dual comparators featuring 4.5ns high-speed propagation delay and rail-to-rail push-pull outputs. Operating voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V makes them ideal for 3.3V and 5V systems. Typical input bias current of 2.0pA and typical input offset voltage of 1mV. The COS350x series incorporates built-in 1.6mV hysteresis for enhanced noise immunity. Input common-mode range extends 0.2V beyond the supply rails. The push-pull output stage delivers several milliamps of sink and source current when driving LEDs or capacitive loads.
