The HBP422 series is a silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor. Its MEMS pressure die employs a Wheatstone bridge structure, with four resistors diffused onto a circular silicon diaphragm. When force is applied to the silicon crystal, the crystal lattice deforms, causing changes in carrier mobility and consequently altering the resistivity of silicon, which generates a voltage output signal with a linear relationship to pressure. The product features excellent linearity, repeatability, stability, and high sensitivity. Customers can select standard amplification circuits such as instrumentation amplifiers to calibrate and compensate for output and temperature drift, achieving high-accuracy, high-stability, and high-reliability pressure measurement. The product adopts a standard SOP8 package for ease of use. It is suitable for pressure detection of non-corrosive gases, with broad application prospects in healthcare, smart home appliances, industrial control, and other fields.
