HTC LM2574N-ADJ

The LM2574 series is a monolithic IC designed for step-down DC/DC converters, capable of driving 0.5A loads without external transistors, saving board space. An external shutdown function controlled by logic levels enables standby mode. Internal compensation ensures good line and load regulation in feedback control without external design effort. For protection, thermal shutdown prevents damage during over-temperature operation, while current limiting prevents the output switch from operating in overcurrent conditions. Additional features include a guaranteed output voltage tolerance of ±4% and oscillator frequency tolerance of ±10% under specified input voltage and output load conditions. Includes external shutdown with a typical standby current of 50μA. Fixed output voltage versions include 3.3V, 5V, and 12V devices, while the adjustable version covers an output voltage range of 1.23V to 37V. The LM2574 is available in DIP-8 and SOP-14 packages.
