Introduction
EG4321 is a lithium battery charge management IC designed for AC/DC power supplies. It features constant voltage, constant current, and automatic state switching functions, with an integrated dual-LED charge indicator switching circuit and driver circuit, greatly reducing the external component count, improving system stability, and lowering production costs.
The EG4321 integrates a 2.5V reference voltage source, a 140mV reference voltage source, and a 20mV reference voltage source, along with two op-amps, a current comparator, and an LED control driver circuit. The 2.5V reference voltage source and one internal op-amp form a precision voltage control loop — users can adjust the output voltage for the lithium battery constant voltage phase by setting the values of two external voltage-sampling resistors. The 140mV reference voltage source and the other internal op-amp form a precision current control loop — users can adjust the output current for the lithium battery constant current phase by setting the value of the external current-sampling resistor. The 20mV reference voltage source and the internal current comparator form a precision dual-LED control circuit.
