This device is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high- and low-side gate driver IC, featuring independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. It employs a high-voltage compatible process to integrate both high-side and low-side gate drive circuits on a single chip. The logic input levels are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic outputs down to 3.3V. An integrated bootstrap diode charges the high-side circuit, simplifying the peripheral circuitry. The floating channel supports driving of high-side N-channel power MOSFETs, with a maximum floating supply voltage of 600V. The device is offered in an SOP8 package with an operating temperature range of -40°C ~ 125°C.
