The SIM7670X series is an LTE Cat 1bis module based on the latest QCX216 chipset, supporting LTE-FDD and LTE-TDD wireless communication modes, with downlink speeds up to 10 Mbps and uplink speeds up to 5 Mbps. The series adopts an LCC+LGA package form factor, compatible with the A7670 series, SIM7000/SIM7070 series, and SIM800/SIM800F series, enabling seamless migration from 2G, NB-IoT, or Cat-M technology to LTE Cat 1, significantly enhancing design compatibility to meet customer requirements. The module supports a variety of embedded network protocols and provides USB drivers for Windows, Linux, and Android operating systems. Its software features and AT command set are compatible with the A7670X series modules. The SIM7670X also integrates a multi-GNSS receiver supporting GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and BeiDou, and offers a rich set of industry-standard interfaces including UART, USB, I2C, and GPIO, delivering robust expansion capabilities. It is well-suited for applications such as telematics, metering, monitoring equipment, industrial routers, and remote diagnostics.
