KTH1701 is a low-power Hall-effect switch sensor designed for space-constrained and battery-sensitive systems. The device offers multiple magnetic field thresholds, switching frequencies, and package options to suit a wide range of applications. When the applied south-pole or north-pole magnetic flux density exceeds the operate point B, the output switches low and latches; it returns high only when the flux density falls below the release point B. An integrated temperature compensation circuit and clock logic circuit ensure stable operate points and switching frequencies. The device delivers omnipolar magnetic response at ultra-low current consumption, operates over a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V, and is available in SOT-23-3L, TO-92S, and HFBP1010-4L packages.
