Introduction
The popular 1N821 to 1N829A series zero-temperature-coefficient reference diodes offer nominal voltage options of 6.2V and 6.55V, with a temperature coefficient as low as 0.0005%/°C at 7.5mA operating current to minimize voltage variation with temperature. These glass axial-lead DO-35 reference diodes are available with an internal metallurgical bonded junction structure by adding the "-1" suffix. This bonded Zener package construction is also available in JAN, JANTX, and JANTXV grades. Microsemi also offers a wide range of other Zener reference diode products with voltage ratings up to 200V.
