Introduction
This surface-mount series of void-free, hermetically sealed bidirectional TVS devices is designed to MIL-PRF-19500/516, making them ideal for high-reliability applications where failures cannot be tolerated. They offer working peak "standoff" voltage options from 5.2 to 152 volts, with a power rating of 1500 watts for 10/1000 microsecond pulses. Constructed with hard glass passivation, they are highly rugged and employ internal Class 1 metallurgical bonds for high reliability. These products are available in both non-suffix and "A" version part numbers, covering different voltage tolerances as further described in the part numbering section. These devices are also available in axial-lead packages for through-hole mounting.
