Introduction
R3154N is a window voltage detector designed for functional safety applications. The device monitors overvoltage and undervoltage output voltages of power supply ICs for microprocessors and sensors, and detects abnormal system voltages. Its undervoltage detection as low as 0.55V is suitable for low-power devices. In addition, operational checks of voltage detection can be performed via the TEST pin.
