This series of surface mount diodes is designed for high-volume SMT applications. The GigaMite design is optimized for electrical and thermal performance, surpassing standard plastic packaging technology. Its patented dual orthogonal lead frame provides extremely low thermal impedance and series inductance. High-quality dielectric materials are used to achieve low dissipation factor and physical stability even in harsh environments. Compared to similar plastic packages, this series offers higher frequency coverage and better stability. This product series is RoHS compliant in accordance with EU Directive 2002/95/EC.
