Introduction
Millivolt output pressure sensors are based on proprietary technology that reduces all output offset or common-mode errors. This series provides a calibrated millivolt output with excellent output offset characteristics. Compared to conventional compensation methods, output offset errors due to temperature variation, warm-up stability, long-term stability, and position sensitivity are significantly reduced. In addition, the sensors employ a silicon micromachined stress concentration enhancement structure to provide a highly linear output for pressure measurement. These calibrated and temperature-compensated sensors deliver accurate and stable output over a wide temperature range. The series is suitable for non-corrosive, non-ionic working fluids such as air, dry gases, and similar media. The device output is ratiometric to the supply voltage and accepts any DC supply voltage up to +16V.
