CY7C194, CY7C195, and CY7C196 are high-performance CMOS SRAMs organized as 65,536 x 4 bits. They feature automatic power-down, reducing power consumption by 75% when the device is deselected. Write operations are performed when both the chip enable input and write enable input are low. Read operations are performed when the chip enable input is low and the write enable input remains high.
