Introduction
The WL4456 315/433M wireless transmitter circuit is a low-power, high-performance, wide supply voltage, high output power 433MHz short-range wireless communication transmitter IC supporting ASK modulation, with all tuning performed automatically on-chip. The WL4456 315/433M wireless transmitter circuit integrates a PLL and a power amplifier on-chip. The PLL provides the carrier signal for the transmitter and adopts a ring oscillator architecture. The power amplifier amplifies the input signal using an open-drain output with an external choke inductor. A narrowband matching network is used in application to improve harmonic rejection and ensure output signal power greater than 10dBm. The WL4456 315/433M wireless transmitter circuit is housed in a SOT23-6L package. The WL4456 short-range wireless communication transmitter is designed for 315MHz/433MHz low-power, low-cost short-range transceiver front-ends, supporting ASK modulation, and consists of a frequency synthesizer (PLL) and power amplifier. The IC features high integration and low power consumption, with a transmit power of up to 12dBm. The WL4456 incorporates an enable control circuit: when DIN = 1, both the PLL and PA are active; when DIN = 0, the PA is immediately shut down, and the PLL is shut down after approximately 40ms delay.
