The QPA9501 is a high-frequency power amplifier module integrating a 3-stage power amplifier, compensated DC bias circuitry, and an output power detector. This power amplifier module is optimized for the 5.1–5.9 GHz WiFi band, making it well-suited for LTE-U/LAA applications. At an output power of 22 dBm using a 20 MHz LTE signal without any digital pre-distortion, it delivers high gain of 32 dB and adjacent channel leakage ratio of -47 dBc.
