The TPS734xx-Q1 family of low-dropout (LDO), low-power linear regulators delivers excellent AC performance while maintaining ultra-low ground current. With a typical ground current of only 44μA, these devices provide high PSRR, low noise, fast startup, and excellent line and load transient response. The TPS734xx-Q1 remains stable with ceramic capacitors and uses an advanced BiCMOS process to achieve a typical dropout voltage of 125mV at an output voltage of 250mV. A precision voltage reference and feedback loop provide 2% total accuracy across full load, line, variation, and temperature ranges. Rated for an operating temperature range of TA = -40°C to +105°C and offered in a compact ThinSOT-23 package, these devices are ideal for wireless headsets, printers, and WLAN cards.
