Introduction
The SN74LXCH8T245 is an 8-bit dual-supply non-inverting bidirectional voltage-level translator with bus-hold circuitry. The Ax pins and control pins (DIR and OE) are referenced to VCCA logic levels, while the Bx pins are referenced to VCCB logic levels. Port A accepts I/O voltages from 1.1V to 5.5V, and Port B accepts I/O voltages from 1.1V to 5.5V. When OE is driven low, a high level on DIR allows data transmission from A to B, and a low level on DIR allows data transmission from B to A. When OE is driven high, both the Ax and Bx pins are placed in a high-impedance state.
