Introduction
UCC21732-Q1 is a galvanically isolated single-channel gate driver designed for SiC MOSFETs and IGBTs up to 1700V, featuring advanced protection, best-in-class dynamic performance, and robust reliability. The input side is isolated from the output side via SiO₂ capacitive isolation technology, supporting working voltages up to 1.5kV RMS, surge immunity up to 12.8kV PK, isolation barrier lifetime exceeding 40 years, low device-to-device skew, and high CMTI.
