KEMET's VE series of high temperature, low voltage varistors are designed to protect sensitive electronic devices against high voltage surges in the low voltage region. In addition to superior operating performance at rated 150°C (AEC–Q200 compliance) they offer excellent transient energy absorption due to improved energy volume distribution and power dissipation.
