Introduction
TS30011 (1A), TS30012 (2A), and TS30013 (3A) are DC/DC synchronous switching regulators that integrate complete power switches, internal compensation, and comprehensive fault protection. The 1MHz switching frequency allows the use of small filter components, minimizing board space and BOM cost. These devices employ current-mode feedback in normal PWM regulation mode. When the regulator is placed in standby mode (EN low), the device consumes less than 10μA of quiescent current. The series integrates extensive protection circuitry, including input supply UVLO, output voltage soft-start, current limiting, and thermal shutdown. These devices also provide monitoring and reporting via a PG (Power Good) open-drain output for interfacing with other components in the system.
