SD30M60AC is a highly integrated, high-reliability 3-phase BLDC motor driver IC, primarily designed for lower-power variable frequency drives such as air conditioners, dishwashers, and industrial sewing machines. It integrates 6 low-loss IGBTs and 3 high-speed half-bridge high-voltage gate driver circuits.

The SD30M60AC incorporates various internal protection circuits including under-voltage, short-circuit, and over-temperature protection, providing excellent protection and a wide safe operating range. Since each phase has an independent negative DC terminal, the phase currents can be sensed individually and separately.

The SD30M60AC features a high-isolation, thermally efficient design in a highly compact package, offering ease of use and making it particularly suitable for applications requiring compact installation.
