SD20M60AC is a highly integrated, high-reliability 3-phase brushless DC motor drive circuit, primarily designed for lower-power variable frequency drives such as air conditioners, dishwashers, and industrial sewing machines. It incorporates 6 low-loss IGBTs and 3 high-speed half-bridge high-voltage gate driver circuits.

The SD20M60AC integrates multiple internal protection circuits including under-voltage, short-circuit, and over-temperature protection, offering excellent protection coverage and a wide safe operating range. Since each phase has an independent negative DC terminal, the phase currents can be sensed individually.

The SD20M60AC features a highly insulated, thermally conductive design in an extremely compact package, making it easy to use and particularly well-suited for applications requiring space-constrained mounting.
