Introduction
SDM10G60FB is a highly integrated, high-reliability 3-phase brushless DC motor driver IC, primarily designed for lower-power variable frequency drives such as air conditioners, refrigerators, and washing machines. It integrates a 3-phase full-bridge high-voltage gate driver circuit and 6 low-loss IGBTs.
The SDM10G60FB incorporates multiple internal protection features including undervoltage, short-circuit, and over-temperature protection, delivering excellent protection coverage and a wide safe operating range. Since each phase has an independent negative DC terminal, the phase currents can be sensed individually.
The SDM10G60FB features high isolation and thermally efficient design in an extremely compact package, offering ease of use and making it especially suitable for space-constrained installations.
