The MEXX1C series DC/DC ICs are VFM switching DC/DC boost converters with extremely low quiescent current, fabricated using CMOS process technology. This series employs advanced circuit design and manufacturing processes that significantly mitigate the inherent noise issues of switching circuits, reducing interference to surrounding circuitry. Output voltage ranges from 2.0V to 7.0V (in 0.1V increments). For MEXX1C devices with integrated switching transistors, only three external components are required to form a DC/DC boost circuit: one Schottky diode, one inductor, and one capacitor. A CE enable pin allows the IC to be shut down, minimizing power consumption. This series is suitable for low-noise, low-current battery-powered devices.
