Introduction
KTM1331 is a digital latch magnetic switch integrating tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) technology with CMOS process, designed for industrial and consumer switching applications. The device incorporates a TMR bridge, a voltage regulator operating from 1.8V to 5.5V, a digital logic control block, a threshold adjustment block, a Schmitt trigger, and a push-pull output. When the magnetic flux density parallel to the branded surface of the device exceeds the operate point, the output turns on; when it falls below the release point, the output turns off. The device operates in latch mode. The KTM1331 series offers multiple package options: SOT-23-3L for SMT and TO-92S flat package for through-hole mounting. All packages are RoHS compliant.
