Introduction
The ADA4505-1/ADA4505-4 are single and quad micropower amplifiers featuring rail-to-rail input and output swing, operating from a single supply of 1.8 V to 5 V or dual supplies of ±0.9 V to ±2.5 V. These low cost amplifiers use novel circuit techniques to provide zero input crossover distortion, excellent PSRR and CMRR performance, and ultralow bias current, while drawing less than 10 μA of supply current per amplifier. This combination of features makes them ideal for battery-powered applications, where they minimize errors caused by supply voltage variations over battery life and maintain high CMRR. Remote battery-powered sensors, handheld instruments, consumer devices, hazard detectors, and patient monitoring equipment can all benefit from the characteristics of this amplifier family. The operating temperature range covers the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and the extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
