Introduction
MX6208(MS) is a single-channel, low on-resistance DC motor driver IC designed for systems operating at 5V and 12V supply voltages. It integrates four motor control functions: forward rotation, reverse rotation, stop, and brake. The MX6208(MS) incorporates a thermal protection feature — when the chip temperature exceeds the maximum temperature threshold set by the internal thermal protection circuit, the internal circuitry shuts down the built-in power switches and cuts off the load current, preventing safety hazards such as smoking or ignition of the plastic package due to excessive heat.
