ILI6122 is a 1200-channel output source driver with an integrated TTL interface timing controller. The interface supports a digital 24-bit parallel RGB input format. The timing controller generates 800×480 and 800×600 resolutions, providing horizontal and vertical control timing for both the source driver and gate driver. It also supports a dithering function, enabling the source driver to achieve 8-bit resolution with 256 grayscale levels using a 6-bit DAC. All control functions can be configured via pin control to set operating parameters. The output circuit of the source driver employs low-power op-amps, resulting in a wide supply voltage range and minimal output deviation. The ILI6122 can be configured in dual-gate operation mode to reduce the number of flexible circuit boards and lower costs. Its wide supply voltage range and extensive pin control features make this chip suitable for a variety of applications.
