Introduction
DT028ATFT and DT028ATFT-TS are display modules incorporating a TFT display with a resolution of 320×240 RGB. The driver used in this product is the Ilitek ILI9341 or compatible equivalent, capable of displaying 262K colors. The driver is mounted on a glass substrate and interconnected via a flexible printed circuit containing the components required to drive the display module. Component lifetime: storage life of at least 1 year; operational life of at least 43×10³ hours (based on 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 52 weeks per year, over 5 years, excluding backlight). Storage and operational life are defined at +25°C. End-of-operational-life conditions include: switching response time reaching 1.5 times the maximum specified value of a new display; contrast ratio falling to 0.5 of the original value; loss of function; or the number of cosmetic defects exceeding the specified maximum. Absolute maximum ratings: when the temperature falls below 0°C, LCD response time will slow down and panel color will dim. Exceeding the absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to the module. Operating within the absolute maximum ratings but beyond the DC characteristics may cause functional abnormalities. VDD/VCC > VSS. Backlight specifications: LED drive mode must be constant current. Exceeding the maximum values may cause permanent damage to the device. Functional operation should be limited to normal operating conditions. Optical characteristics: brightness data is measured 5 minutes after LED turn-on with the LCM displaying full white. Brightness is the average of 9 measurement points. Measurement conditions: dark room environment, temperature Ta=25°C, operating voltage adjusted for optimum contrast at the center of the display. Brightness uniformity is calculated as: ΔBp = Bp (min) / Bp (max) × 100 (%). Contrast ratio (CR) = white state luminance / black state luminance (measured at optimum common electrode voltage). Response time is defined as the time interval between 10% and 90% of the amplitude.
