These AlInGaP LEDs with precision optical performance deliver superior light output, excellent sunlight readability, and outstanding reliability. AlInGaP LED technology provides highly stable light output over extended periods. The precision optical performance lamps utilize AlInGaP technology. These LEDs are tinted and diffused, housed in T-1 3/4 (5 mm) packages, and incorporate second-generation optical elements to produce a well-defined radiation pattern at specific viewing angles. The maximum LED junction temperature is rated at +130°C, enabling high-temperature operation under bright sunlight conditions. These lamps are available in two package options, providing designers with flexibility in device mounting.
