Introduction
The S-8110C/8120C series are single-chip, high-accuracy temperature sensor ICs with linear output voltage in response to temperature changes. Each chip consists of a temperature sensor, constant current circuit, and operational amplifier. Operable over a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C. These devices offer better linearity than other temperature sensors such as thermistors, making them suitable for a wide range of temperature control applications.
