Renesas XL series devices (XO and VCXO options) are ultra-precision crystal oscillators with typical phase jitter of 750 to 890fs over a 12kHz to 20MHz bandwidth. XL series crystal oscillators cover a wide frequency range from 0.750MHz to 1350MHz, utilizing a range of proprietary ASICs with a focus on noise reduction techniques. A third-order Δ-Σ modulator reduces noise to levels comparable to traditional bulk quartz and SAW oscillators. XL series devices offer short lead times, low cost, low noise, wide frequency range, and excellent environmental performance, making them an outstanding alternative to traditional technologies. XL (XO option) devices offer stability up to ±20ppm, while XL (VCXO option) devices provide an APR of ±50ppm. Both options enable extremely fast delivery for standard and custom frequencies alike.
