TI TPL0501-100RSER

The TPL0501 is a single-channel, linear-taper digital potentiometer with 256 wiper positions. The device can be used as a three-terminal potentiometer or a two-terminal rheostat. The TPL0501 is available with a 100 kΩ end-to-end resistance. The internal registers of the TPL0501 are accessed via an SPI-compatible interface. The TPL0501 has a nominal temperature coefficient of 35 ppm/°C. The TPL0501 is offered in 8-pin SOT-23 and 8-pin UQFN packages, rated for a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
