Introduction
MS7705/MS7706 is an ADC designed for low-frequency measurement. It employs Σ-Δ conversion technology to achieve 16-bit no missing codes output. The operating voltage range is 2.7V - 3.3V or 4.75V - 5.25V. The MS7705 features 2 fully differential analog input channels; the MS7706 features 3 pseudo-differential input channels. MS7705/MS7706 is ideal for use in intelligent, microcontroller, or DSP-based systems. Gain, signal polarity, and output rate can be configured via a serial interface. Self-calibration and system calibration are also available to eliminate system gain and offset errors. CMOS process technology ensures very low power consumption, with a typical standby power consumption of 20μW.
