Introduction
MS1100 is a high-precision, continuous-conversion, self-calibrating ADC with up to 16-bit conversion resolution. The integrated 2.048V internal reference enables a differential input range of ±2.048V. It uses an I²C-compatible serial communication interface. The supply voltage range is 2.7V to 5.5V. The MS1100 supports conversion rates of 15, 30, 60, or 240SPS, and integrates a programmable gain amplifier (PGA) with a maximum gain of 8×, enabling accurate measurement of small signals. In single-conversion mode, the MS1100 powers down after conversion is complete, reducing power consumption in idle state. The MS1100 is designed for applications requiring high-precision measurement with constraints on space and power consumption. Typical applications include handheld instruments, industrial process control, and smart transmitters.
