MS1549 is a 10-bit switched-capacitor, successive-approximation ADC. The device features 2 digital inputs, 1 tri-state output (CS), 1 I/O CLOCK port, and 1 digital output (DATA OUT), enabling serial data transfer via a 3-wire bus interface to a master controller serial port. The device incorporates automatic sample-and-hold, ratiometric scaling for conversion range calibration, and noise immunity. The switched-capacitor design limits the maximum total error at full scale to ±1 LSB, making it well-suited for a wide range of analog-to-digital conversion applications.
