Introduction
The TM52 F1363 is a new, high-speed 8-bit MCU based on the 8051 architecture, fully compatible with the industry-standard 8051 instruction set while retaining the 8051 peripheral function modules. Under typical conditions, the TM52 executes instructions six times faster than the traditional 8051 architecture. The TM52-F1363 delivers higher performance and lower cost with faster time-to-market by integrating multiple functions on-chip. These features include 8K bytes of Flash program memory, 128-byte EEPROM, 512-byte SRAM, Low Voltage Reset (LVR), Low Voltage Detection (LVD), dual-clock power-saving operating modes, standard 8051 UART and timers Timer0/Timer1/Timer2, real-time clock Timer3, seven 16-bit PWM channels, 19-channel 12-bit ADC, I²C interface, and a Watchdog Timer (WDT). Its high reliability and low power consumption make it widely applicable in consumer electronics and home appliance products.

- Total 512-byte SRAM (IRAM + XRAM): 256-byte IRAM in 8051 internal data memory space, 256-byte XRAM in 8051 external data memory space (accessed via MOVX instruction)
- 2 system clock source options: fast clock using internal RC (FRC, 16.588 MHz), slow clock using internal RC (SRC, 80 KHz); system clock divisible by 1/2/4/16
- Standard 8051 timers – Timer0/1/2: 16-bit Timer0, Timer1, and Timer2 all support corresponding clock output for buzzer applications
