Introduction
The LMV3xxA-Q1 series includes single-channel (LMV321A-Q1), dual-channel (LMV358A-Q1), and quad-channel (LMV324A-Q1) low-voltage (2.5V to 5.5V) automotive operational amplifiers with rail-to-rail output swing capability. These operational amplifiers provide a cost-effective solution for applications with limited space that require low-voltage operation and high capacitive load driving, such as infotainment systems and lighting. The LMV3xxA-Q1 series can drive a capacitive load of 500pF, and its resistive open-loop output impedance makes it easy to maintain stability under higher capacitive loads. These operational amplifiers are designed for low operating voltages (2.5V to 5.5V), and their performance specifications are similar to those of LMV3xx-Q1 devices. The robust design of the LMV3xxA-Q1 series simplifies circuit design. These operational amplifiers are unity-gain stable, integrate RFI and EMI suppression filters, and do not experience phase reversal under overdrive conditions. The LMV3xxA-Q1 is available in industry-standard packages such as SOIC, MSOP, SOT-23, and TSSOP.
