TI REF3012AIDBZT

The REF30xx is a family of precision, low-power, low-dropout voltage references in a miniature 3-pin SOT-23 package. The REF30xx offers excellent temperature drift and initial accuracy with a quiescent current of 42μA (typical). The combination of low power consumption and relatively high accuracy makes the REF30xx ideal for loop-powered industrial applications such as pressure and temperature transmitters. The REF30xx is easy to use in intrinsically safe and explosion-proof applications, as it does not require a load capacitor for stability. The REF30xx is rated for the industrial temperature range of –40°C to +125°C. Under no-load conditions, the REF30xx is powered from a supply within a 1mV output voltage range. Engineers can take full advantage of the REF30xx family's low dropout, small footprint, and low power consumption in portable and battery-powered applications.
